This is a 2 oz. bear of our unique selection of local / raw honey from our bees. It is a combination of various flowering plants that thrive in the piedmont region of North Carolina. Flower sources will include black locust, tulip poplar, clover along with many different flowers from the piedmont North Carolina region. The flavor and color varies each year based on the weather conditions during the honey flow. Raw honey is a delicious and healthy sweetener. The only processing we do is settling and filtering. It is estimated that honey bees must visit up to 2 million flowers to produce just 1 pound of honey. I know you will appreciate and love the taste of their combined efforts! Bill
